Hey guys! My first attempt of filming a ASMR video! Let me know in the comments down below what do you think. Recently, I have an interest in ASMR and like to hear sounds that is produce from especially when cooking. Usually, we are so busy and in a rush that we won't really bother about these sounds. So lay back and relax, while you watch this video, have a great day! (featuring my mum's hand as well)
And also introducing my creation on Acai Bowl without Acai Berry, hahahah. It's a pretty simple recipe and easy to make. It can be a healthy snack or a meal for those on a diet.
Here's the recipe:
(Serve 1-2)
Ingredients:
- Yogurt
- FROZEN Banana
- Strawberries
- Dragon Fruit
- Chia seeds
- Cornflakes
- Granola
- Water
Method:
1. After washing, slice the strawberries and cut the rest into cube size.
2. Blend the frozen bananas with 3 tablespoon of Yogurt, add some water if needed.
3. Then add the strawberries and 2 tablespoon of Yogurt to blend (or other fruits that you prefer)
4. Decorate however you like, for me, I top it with chia seeds, granola, dragon fruits and slices strawberries.
