I love this! Your Alexander technique videos are PERFECT!💯 How calm and gentle your voice is. Guiding us thru the technique is... well PERFECT!😄. So relaxing. Also the face touching gave me tingles in my cheeks, almost like a mirrored touch or "can you feel this touch" effect. I love that feeling! It's amazing how a video can induce that effect/phantom feeling. 12/10 Mrs Audios!!👏 Would Alexander technique again😊👍

Great combo. Must say, Alexander Technique helped me out when I was in a tight spot with my neck and back. Physio-prescribed exercises etc were too painful to do. First AT lesson showed me that I was doing it to myself -- no pain after the session until I fell back into my old habits. I'm a slow learner but a several lessons later I can at least do my work (Software Engineer) without destroying myself ;)

I'm a certified Alexander Technique teacher Brian and I suggest you lie down on the floor (with some books under your head to support the alignment of your spine) while you watch/listen. If you're beginning to slump down while your body begins to relax-your body would probably appreciate an opportunity to relax in a semi-supine position for a few minutes. 😊
