Oh, Maria. It's 2023. I have been watching you for a little over 9 years now! I really need you to understand the impact you have on my life. I am a mom of three with severe depression and anxiety. I also have ptsd, PCOS, and fibromyalgia. Otherwise, I am very busy and always tense. You're videos are the only things for years that have given me even a little bit of calm. This past year I decided to try to take control of my mental health and got put on lots of medication which has caused a lot of brain fog. I drove away from my house in my push start without the key fob and turned my car off in another town in 100 degree weather, I laid my phone, keys, wallet on the back of my car and drove off with it. I left my wallet at walmart. I just woke up at 2 am with a call from my neighbor saying I left my trunk open. My battery wasn't dead thank god but it's flood weather so my trunk is flooded. I got it drained but came inside and had a complete breakdown and anxiety attack. So here I am thanking sweet heavens that you uploaded this gem 14 hours ago because it has helped relax me completely. I also watched your asmr after my c-section with my third daughter. Thank you for all you do. Please never change.

One great thing which separates Maria from others in this space is her understanding that not every sound emanating from inside of a person's mouth is pleasing to the ear when amplified. There are subtle absences in this recording of the crackling saliva sounds when a person swallows or moves their tongue across their teeth or roof of the mouth, which greatly contribute to making her work here head and shoulders above everything else I have heard. This is a gifting which spreads across Maria's work; I can listen to her Russian recordings, understanding none of the words, and still receive the same calming effects. Her talents are truly polished.

I really enjoy Asmr videos that darken or alter the visuals of the video. During the night or when I can't sleep, it gets difficult listening and watching to ASMR videos sometimes cause the video is still bright even with brightness all the way down + night mode. Soothing. We bought a small house in 1999. 2 months before my sister died age 38 after 4 doctors misdiagnosed her. I get depressed every new year because she was my BF and we always celebrated 🎉together. Now our once quiet small town is loud, overpopulated and can’t afford to move. Still owe on mortgage. Neurologist made me quit driving, quit working due to a series of concussions and 3 TBIs. Long story. I loved my career (helping people with brain differences ages 6-8os) Stuck in home with LOUD neighbors blasting music, noise -making exhaust pipe, trucks revving up and racing up and down the streets. Not to mention the horrible things going on in Ukraine, Gaza, US elections. Anyway. Thank God for Maria. Her videos calm me down. Prevent me from acting with anger towards others and myself ❤
