Here’s the translation of the text in the image: 如夢令 昨夜雨疏風驟， 濃睡不消殘酒。 試問卷簾人， 卻道海棠依舊。 知否，知否， 應是綠肥紅瘦。 This is a famous Chinese poem titled **"如梦令" (Rú mèng lìng)** by **Li Qingzhao**, a renowned female poet from the Song dynasty. Here's an English translation of the poem: **"Like a Dream"** Last night the wind blew, the rain pattered, But deep in my sleep, I hadn’t shaken off the lingering effects of the wine. I ask the maid rolling up the curtains, She says, "The crabapple flowers are still the same." Do you know? Do you know? The green leaves have grown plump, but the red petals are thinning. This poem reflects a nostalgic and slightly melancholic mood, describing the fading of spring as the flowers begin to wither. 2nd poem Translation (approximate): hard to see but i like it so here's a loose interpretation based on the characters: "Mother’s thoughts flow like the wind. She waits for him tirelessly, hoping he will return. She trusts that even if heaven divides, He will find his way home from the far reaches of the heavens."
