Hey Tom! There's also another dimension called 'The End' where there's a dragon boss fight, you can also obtain something called Elytra which is basically wings allowing you to fly/glide!

That “glitch” where you can’t put a block is a piece of string. Just break it. You can put string to keep the glow berry vines from growing past the string if you only want them to grow so far.

I love your videos keep up the amazing work also at 46:57 in your tunnel there were two blocks that kinda look like tree logs but brown and stone like you need to mine those with a diamond pickaxe and if you get enough and put it in a furnace and combine it with gold it turns into netherite which is stronger than diamonds and you can make armor and tools out of it :)

Hi! Love your videos :D. Not sure if this will help you, but when you put blocks around your nether portal to protect it, make sure to use a block like cobblestone as it is a sturdier block with more "blast resistance". I suspect what blew you up was a Ghast's fireball (a ghast is that big white jellyfish-looking thing). They have a long range and will fire at you when they spot you and can snuff out your portal as well. I also wonder if lowering your render distance in the settings will make loading into the Nether quicker and hopefully avoid some of the unfair deaths you've been experiencing! Unfortunately the version of Minecraft you play on can be quite glitchy in that regard!

Hey, whenever you die and drop your stuff there’s a 5 minute window where you can grab your stuff. Also, water buckets and beds do not work in the nether. The weird spiral brick things you saw in the one tunnel is Ancient Debris which can be used to make netherite armor which is even better than diamond. You will need a smithing template to apply it to a set of diamond armor however.

26:22 no wayy you found the rare ancient debris and didnt mine them if you can go backk and mine them with diamond pick you can make with it the absolute strongest armor and tools in the game!. Also the glitch block is actually a string just break it i think you accidentally clicked the block with a string while holding it.

Hello Tom, at 26:22 you found ancient debris and when you get 4 and combine it with 4 gold ingots you can craft a netherite ingot. It can be added to your armor and tools on a blacksmith table and makes the item not burn when dropped in lava. Also you should to make potions as they help a lot in the nether. hope this helps. 😅

Hey just a tip, put the game on peaceful mode while you go back to the nether, it doesnt interfere with achievements, just means you can go look or mine without getting attacked 😂

If you're comfortable using mods there's a few that could be very useful to you. There's one that adds a mini map and another causes your items to get put into a tombstone when you die. The Tombstone won't despawn and you can go back to it at any time and pick up your items.

Your portal got broken.. it always needs another portal to link to.. so it just makes another one close by. Just break the duplicate portal you don’t want in the nether. (The one above the tunnel)
