Another amazing video! I read a book several years ago that happened in the region discussed here. It's called In the Land of White Death, by Valerian Albanov. It was originally published in Russia back in 1917, and details Albanov's account of his ship getting stuck in sea ice in 1912. The area he was shipwrecked was in the Kara Sea, and they tried to explore around Franz Josef Island with disastrous results. It is an amazing story that has stuck with me even 20 years after reading it.

Hey, I enjoyed your video (and many others, I've been following you for a while now). They are evil. Most of them are poor, apolitical warmongers ruled by even worse people. Never understood this obsession with “russian culture”, because russia was hurting and trying to subjugate all it’s neighbors most of it’s history.
