Loving your mommy content 💕. What did you take for morning or night sickness?? 😭 it’s been getting worse for me lol

I didn’t take anything when i had bad morning sickness the things that helped me was NOT drinking water when I felt sick. As soon as I would it would come right out. Make sure you eat right when waking up. If you don’t want anything heavy eat some saltine crackers to help with the nausea. Sometimes none of this works and it’s okay just let it all out. It sucks but you’ll feel better once you let it out. When I finally told the doctor about it because it was a everyday thing she prescribed me zofran. But by that time it was already going away (this child lmao). So now I still randomly get nausea so I take one and automatically it goes away. So if you don’t mind taking medicine definitely ask your doctor about that!
