hi!! do you cool the buttercream? everytime i make it, it sort of melts. i just have no idea how to get that consistency that you got. love your videos🧡🧡

I use a little bit of cornstarch to firm it up and yes, I chill it in between frosting sessions or else the temp of my home makes the ridges less defined! Otherwise, just adding more powdered sugar stiffens it up, but sacrifices flavor.
