Oh my goodness truthfully I just put my hair up in a pony tail, and then I wrap the pony tail around the base of the hair tie in a ballet bun style, just a little extra messy, and secure it in place with a scrunchy! Then I just tug at the bun to make it go where I want it to. ❤️

While it is good to seek out help in someone that’s qualified to talk these things over with you, I would say that one thing that helps me a lot is finding time to *actually* rest without the inclusion of social media or other input from the outside world. Find time to actually sit with yourself and sleep or just do self-care activities. It’s the baby steps that get you there slowly but surely. Make time to go to a coffee shop or do a small thing that brings you joy. I’m right there with you, my friend.
