Seven years ago.. Thank you so much for not deleting your channel. For moving on, but not wiping the record of this channel's existence, thank you so much. I love this video, and all of your old content to this day- everyone does, and I'm just so thankful that not only you made this wonderful content, but that you chose to leave it up and let us return to it I hope you're doing well, spring!

@SpringbokASMR I wrote a comment four years ago about how beautiful and incredible this creation is. I said that it was the most beautiful ASMR that has ever or will ever be created. 4 years on and this is still true. I'm still here listening to something you made many, many years ago. So much wisdom. So much love. So much compassion. Wherever you are now, know that there there are still people here now reflecting the love you shared in this timeless moment back at you exponentially. Stay safe and I really hope life is treating you beautifully ❤️

I found this video in May 2018 while I was simultaneously going through a breakup, illness in the family, losing my childhood home and my university exams and I listened to it every night. Your analogy of driving through a dust storm, with your own sense of resolve taking the wheel while the fragile part of you rests in the backseat, is one I still think of daily and carries me through so many difficult times. I can truly feel your love and care through the screen. You probably won't see this but thank you so much Spring

I just remembered this video, I used to listen to it when I was at a really low point in my life. I remember that I couldn't even listen through the whole video the first time because it felt so close and intimate and I struggled with that. Then I listened to it through all the nights I couldn't sleep and in the beginning, I cried the whole 40 minutes. It got better. Today I can listen without crying, enjoying the affirmations and wholesome words. Thank you for making this, Springbok, it means the world.

I recently came back to this video. I was heavily neglected as a child, which made me competent and independent rather early. Im not sure at which point I realised it, but I missed being hugged by my mother as a child. I missed being loved. My friends know about my childhood and my issues, but I dont think they could evoke this serene calm I feel when listening to this video. I know it may sound cringy, but I am convinced I am using this video as a substitute to the things I wish my mother had told me. Lately I have been having more migraines and listening to this calms me down and helps with it, sometimes even better than painkillers. Thanks, Spring and thank you for coming back.

I have never heard of ASMR, but I've been stressed out majorly these passed few days... I've stayed up the past few nights because of it... my friend turned me to your channel. I have to say that this is the single greatest thing ever. Just the sound of your voice alone calmed me... This could help so many people if they knew about it, or could listen to it... the human language has not found words, powerful enough to describe how amazing this is... but, I guess the best thing I could say, is just, thank you...

Spring, I must've listened to this video 15 times now. And it still relaxes me just as much as the first time I listened to it. This is very unusual for me. I usually lose the relaxation effect from a video after the first or sometimes second view. What I'm trying to say here is that this video is fantastic. And I don't think you understand how valuable this video and the rest of your content is to me. You're a amazing human being Spring, never forget that. What you're doing, really makes a difference in peoples life's. Take care, and please. If there ever is something I can do for you, let me know. I would love to give something back.

Honestly this made me cry. I needed this so much right now. Thank you for this video.
@KatiePotatie19868 жыл бұрын
I had to take a cry break in the middle of this. This is so not a complaint, just an example of how deeply you touch people. I have a few mental illnesses, two of them are very severe. My boyfriend of two years (pretty long relationship for someone with borderline personality disorder) broke up with me last week because he just couldn't deal with my symptoms anymore. Sometimes I get really depressed about my crazy, because I honestly feel like I'll never find someone who will love me enough to tolerate it. I forget sometimes that I do have people who love me, who will always love me, and that I'm not really as alone as I feel. Thank you for that. Thank you for the way you phrase it as well. So many people just say "Oh think positive and you'll feel better." It can't always work that way when my brain is constantly telling me I'm not good enough and that even when people say they love me, they're lying. You don't insert any passive blame. You subtly acknowledge that feeling loved and thinking positively can take an effort. I really appreciate that. Okay this was really long and I don't know if you managed to slog through it with the volume of comments you receive, so... TL;DR: I'm crazy and sad. Got dumped. You made me feel better.
@ThisIsBrianMcKnight8 жыл бұрын
Sounds like me,my friends avoid me because of my mental illness,they just can't take it,sometimes I don't think I'll ever be happy.i slowly watched them pull away.its heart breaking when the people you love pull away due to how our minds work. I didn't ask for this.
@KatiePotatie19868 жыл бұрын
Brian McKnight Exactly. Yeah, we may be hard to live with, but people need to think about what it's like to live with all of this in our heads. I've been in therapy for 20 years. Loads of different meds. They don't make meds specifically for BPD. So it fucking sucks. *big hug* good luck, darlin.

On 'social media' everyone is a number. There is no way to cultivate meaningful human relationships on a virtual space. Superficial is easy. However these asmr people mostly share a real passion for other people, even if it is challenging to have a meaningful relationship with your audience.
