Did you take your bath/shower? 🐇Tips to wind down from the day🐇 Find your coziest blanket, pillows, and plushies Drink some non-caffeinated tea or other beverage 🍵 Read some in your book Give yourself permission to have "you" time Write in a journal. Here are some suggestions❤️: Write down or think about what you accomplished today. It can be as simple as taking a shower, feeding your pets, or even feeding yourself! 🥘 You deserve to nourish yourself. Write down what you need to accomplish tomorrow. This can give order to your life and let your mind rest about worries because you have put faith in your future self. Write down positive things about yourself, things you are grateful for, and/or vent out some of your pain and frustration. There is an excellent movie called The Haunting of Hill House made in 1963, with Claire Bloom. It's nothing like the terrible remake with Catherine Zeta Jones. So so scary, a lot like the book. Actually the creepiest movie I've ever seen.

Omg, go watch hill house now. I watched both and i can say that haunting of hill house kept me on my toes all the time, while Bly Manor not so much. Both have cool stories but Hill House is just something else...

I would suggest starting with Hill House, since it’s a prequel of sorts. Bly Manor has a few references from Hill House which makes it more fun to watch, you’ll understand it a lot better too 😌 Currently watching Bly Manor, episode 6!

If you want another Halloween ish book to read you should read Twenties Girl. It’s about a girl who’s Aunt died and the ghost of her aunt is asking her to do something for her. The cover would be perfect for ASMR. If your considering it, the cover is yellow with a girl in a pink dress! :)

Thank you so much for this video, Lynn ♥️♥️ Im a fairly new diabetic (type 1), and today I got a D on my Spanish test because my blood sugar was very high while taking it, and I had to stand up to my teacher and tell her that I needed to retake the test (she doesn’t let students retake usually). I’m not used to confronting people so that gave me a lot of anxiety. This video really helped calm my nerves ♥️
