It must feel nice not having to be the one to take care of every little thing when you’re in constant pain for days. I’ve had whiplash from a car accident and I’ve still had worse period pain. My best friend actually had to sternly tell me to stop trying to do chores (her chores specifically since I was visiting her home) after the accident cause I live alone and I’m just used to having to take care of myself as if I’m not in a lot of pain. Having someone take care of the big and small things and having the freedom to just be just in pain and focus on resting is kinda a dream.
