Heeey Raysa! Happy Friday, girl. 🤗❣✨ Thank you sooo much for the random chat video. I listen to ASMR much for the same reason you do - to help my mind settle down before I sleep. My subconscious can be very loud - especially when my conscious starts to let go. For years I would use various methods to focus on something quiet and calm so my subconscious didn't run amok everywhere and keep me from falling asleep (or worse, give me crazy unsettling dreams). For the past 10+ years I've used ASMR, which helps significantly - but not all types of ASMR. Random whispering (with a purpose) combined with soft ASMR trigger sounds (fluffy cover scratching, or brushing a windscreen, or really slow nail scratching on a raw mic, or just finger fluttering) helps the most to narrow all the noise in my head, and truly let me relax. I love your roleplays too, but this video is a perfect type of pre-sleep ASMR for me. 🥰 Thank you again, my friend. I love your channel and your sweet, positive and kind demeanor.
