This might be a bit of a long shot but... did Sophie ever do a video 5+ years ago where it was a vision or maybe cranial nerve exam? I remember a book reading part specifically with the words "psychiatric" and "salmander" I think the creator deleted it but it was one of my favorite asmrs ever :,) I think it was this creator but am unsure !

Sophie, dear, you absolutely cannot do a manual blood pressure cuff without a stethoscope. It's crucial. It's a trigger for some people when you make such an egregious mistake. Also an EKG has no sound. The test that allows you to hear the actual heart is an echocardiogram.

It’s called role playing. Lots of people do flight attendant ASMR role plays. And while I actually was one and occasionally see something not true to life, I would never expect someone who has never done that job to know every nuance of it. And why should it matter when someone is trying to provide you comfort and relaxation? It’s really not that serious.

I would say this is a personalised video made to a client's specification as Sophie said thank you for allowing her to share. Perhaps they asked for the heart beat sound as they find it relaxing. You do realise that Sophie isn't a doctor. You do realise this is role play? I wouldn't dream of putting down Sophie for any of her content. Especially when I'm allowed to view her creations for free on KZbin!! You sound like an insufferable know-it-all. Do better! Thank you Sophie for this video. I thought it was fab ❤

Sophie creates these videos for our relaxation for free! And you are criticising? It's not realistic that a shop assistant in any of the hundreds of shop role plays on you tube, would take so long to check your items out, or that a librarian would stroke or tap our books, but this isn't meant to be realistic to the last detail! It's asmr! It's for comfort and relaxation. How rude.
