ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, a feeling some people experience as a result of certain sights and sounds, such as whispering, folding towels and hair brushing. "It is characterised by the tingling of the skin that starts at the crown of the head and works their way down the spine and leads to increased feelings of calm and relaxation."
People are going cray for ASMR videos for their sleep-inducing, de-stressing, and mood-boosting feels. In a new study by the University of Sheffield, it claims "ASMR can have the same physiological and psychological benefits as relaxation techniques such as mindfulness."
Why is ASMR so effective?
We all know how life can sometimes feel a bit stressful, right? Well, ASMR can help us de-stress and increase the likelihood of getting a better night’s sleep (which we all want) thanks to its triggers with bonding behaviours. Although, ASMR benefits aren’t just restricted to the evening or the bedroom. It can be used any time of the day, so say you’re having a stressful day at work, you can take a small break and listen to some sounds or watch videos on KZbin to help you.

Because gritty shaving is my thing so I will first comment on that it was very very relaxing and the smokey and dry dust it was giving when u were crumbling was such a satisfying sight in these stressful days!!!! Love the texture of chunks very soft and crunchy at the same time and that falling in water through your palm and fingers was a beauty and when you pour that extra dry sand charcoal powder in the mixture was very satisfying too!!! The rest is water mixing and not my thing but your video is brilliant as ever!!!! That's one long comment but you deserve it!!!!🤩❤❤❤👌👌👌👍😍😍👍🏼😊🤩
