The word mukbang is korean. So the first pronounciation was more similar to the actual pronounciation. The second one is a very americanised pronounciation. In actuality, the u in 'mukbang' would be more of an o sound, kind of like you would say 'mocking', like a soft o. bang in mukbang is not like the typical 'bang' you would associate with a gun sound, since the a along with this is pronounced the way you would say 'ah'.
