Very soft spoken with real joint cracking sounds, Manually Full Body Therapy , Chakra stone full-body tracing , Reiki Healing and a 27 minute long guided Shamatha Vipashyana mediation for sleep. This Tibetan style of meditation is used to developed Mitri, an unconditional friendship with yourself. This meditation is not about getting rid of thoughts. The purpose is to learn not to grasp onto thoughts. Whatever arises: without calling it good or bad, right or wrong, without having "shoulds" or "should nots", with incredible gentleness and precision, whenever you realize you are thinking, you say to yourself gently: *thinking*, let it go and return to the out-breath. Overtime, you will learn a lot about yourself from what arises and you will practice an unconditional acceptance of yourself, learning to stay and be with exactly who you are.

Hi Irma! I just wanted to say that I absolutely love your videos! Almost every ASMRist I have seen treats the camera as if it's our entire face and it looks as though I'm being poked in the eye when there is face touching involved lol. The fact that you treat the camera lens as if it's just our eyes makes a HUGE difference. And I absolutely loveeee when you move the camera like you're guiding our faces to move around as well. These things,, along with your super slow movements and ultra soft whispering make you my favorite ASMRist by far! I'm soooo excited for this new reiki video (your last one was my fav). Yes!!! Having things in front of the lens as if it's my face is NOT relaxing to me because it feels like eg. cream or a brush will be put in my eyes... But it's so rare to find videos where the camera is treated as just the eyes. Love this 🥰 small detail but it makes all the difference

I have a lot of lower back pain and dislocate ribs quite frequently as I carry a lot of stress in my upper back and shoulders as well.
