Well, I finished watching the video. I must say that it is really very difficult to be proud of yourself. As soon as I read that, my eyes watered and it was hard to hold back the tears. I am really very grateful for these types of videos, for the peace, affection and love that you always transmit. Thank you very much. I lived my whole life (until today), without feeling passion for anything, without being able to express my emotions much... I don't remember the last time I left my house. In the few moments of lucidity, my head fills with ideas, goals, but day after day, things get more and more difficult. I will do my best to get ahead and get through all of this. THANK YOU! I really needed you last night, Ozley! I had a medical procedure today that is very painful. I think I watched 8 videos last night. Strangely, the one of you sharing your night time settling down routine was really helpful. I ordered the book by Elizabeth Gilbert you spoke of. This video is a Masterpiece! The combination of the "choirs", calm voice, kind and deliberate words, and visuals...and the rain! It gets so well sewn together! I have used this so many nights now and it (almost) always seems to be bring me serenity and peace. Thank you for that! Sometimes it can be easy to fall asleep , given the right material 😉.
