Awesome! This is exactly why I view ASMR videos, (true story) I suffered a major spinal injury some years ago which leaves me unable to sleep because my nervous system feels like it’s wired up to mains electricity. Also the pain can keep me awake,…but you young lady have brought me peace and sleep

Loved your video, although I thought the sound of the crackling was too high pitched. Joints clicking are muffled by skin and muscle and the sound has a much lower pitch. Lots of tingles either way!

Ooh thanks for the tip. Funny enough most of the sounds you can hear are actually my wrists, fingers or ankles clicking so they are actually joint sounds, but admittedly not as deep sounding as perhaps a spine or a hip! 😊♥️
