Love those bird ornaments! They are so cute. Hope your weekend is a great one. My holiday style is eclectic with a lot of hand crafted items. I knit my own stuff, and enjoy making birds, mini stockings and mittens, and gnomes to decorate around the house. I just completed an Advent calendar for one of my yarnie friends. I need to get three packages in the mail tomorrow. Then I can make the Advent calendars for my 5 grands.

❤💚🎄🕯This is mine and my fiances first Christmas in our first apartment together. We just moved in in October so money's kinda tight. My mom bought us a Christmas tree (as well as my sister who just moved into an apartment with her boyfriend). I'm so very grateful she did that because I didn't know if we would be able to get a tree. If I can manage to get any decorations, I am gonna try to stick with nostalgia. Things that are similar to what I grew up with, so multicolored lights and candy canes and lots of red and green. Maybe some silver and gold. Garland and light lining doorways and handmade decorations like paper snow flakes and Christmas trees. I'd love it if we could get a door cover with like Santa or a snow man. Possibly some door hangings to replace my fall ones.
