I wanted to provide a relaxing video that might help distract people from some of the difficulties and hardships we might face in our relationships. I am by no means an expert and this video was really just to try and remind you that you're not alone in your efforts and we can all continue to grow and improve as people :D Hopefully it makes for a goodnights sleep .

ASMR is essentially a made up acronym (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response ) used to describe that tingly / buzzing feeling you may have experienced in your head or running down your spine. The sensation can be triggered by personal attention, tutorials, sounds etc. If you are discovering "ASMR" videos for the first time, their primary purpose is just to relax and almost always to send the listener to sleep.

Wish I saw this video when it was released. Everything mentioned, is were my last relationship - a marriage - failed. This video has some genuine, sound advice. To those who do this already, great work and keep at it. But for those like me, I've been there and know how hard it is to implement these factors. But don't stay in the relationship if it is dragging you or your partner down. It's unfair on both of you.

It’s his real accent. He was born in England but grew up in Scotland, and then moved back to England to work. Now he just moved to Dubai. It’s an odd mix of English, Scottish and a hint of American is what I hear.

Hey Matt! Ever thought about doing a bike fit roleplay?
