Just a tip, it may be beneficial on the smell test to get the patient to sniff some coffee beans between each sent to avoid crossover and cleanse the nostrils

I've offered this before, but if you want, i can send you a pdf copy of my medical school clinical school book. It has all the examinations we learn for the 4 years of the course. All the histories and the exams and some information about why certain things are asked. It covers what our osces are based on. It's a nightmare to learn them all in the degree, haha. But it could be useful for your asmr.
