One suggestion as someone who learned how to play recently start doing what you need to do to become Feudal it will allow you to build way better buildings and start developing you realm. Most of the tribal buildings are pretty bad. The step that take the longest usually is innovations

Also if you have a kingdom you can become a vassal of that is feudal you can adopt feudal ways through you liege which is a much much quicker way of becoming feudal

Also it’s adopt feudal ways is a decision if you check all of them you will see it

Huh never tried becoming a vassal to get to feudalism faster. You would need to fight a war of independence to break away again later though right?
