Since retiring I pass the time making up toy soldier sets to give away to less well off folks, building one like this would take me a couple of weeks at least. Mine may be more 'realistic' but I'm sure the recipients would be happy with something like this. Looks like they are to 1:72-1:76 scale (wargamers call it 20mm), that's a good choice for 7 year old and above as second order reasoning has kicked in. Pity we don't do 'toys' any more, they do take more thought and design than replicas but they do more than sit on a shelf. These days it's all just merchandising, that avoids having to compete on quality, advertising is a one-off expense not an ongoing cost.

I know this is 6 years old but to answer your question about why the lancereaver lost to the axe slayer is because both those weapons reverse the weapon triangle. So when both of them reverse the weapon triangle it's like it's normal again thus lances beat swords

I loved this game way back in the day. Feels like an eternity since I played it. I was not a very good strategist on the battlefield, so I preferred to play on the map. Nice sounds in this game.
