This was the most powerful yet for me. I think I could feel your doggie’s presence and that he (?) helped me relax for when I closed my eyes you were there just like in person. Good advice about the solar plexus, pulling it in in situations with many people. I recently also watched your video on treating joint pain with reiki. That was perfect timing, bringing that video out! As an empath I felt then that it was related. I don’t particularly suffer from joint pain but in that moment I did.! Started to have lower back pain working in the garden, quickly growing stronger. Although I do lot’s of yoga and have a good condition. Then the neighbor woman started to tell me about her chronic lower back pain in an encounter, standing on our shared path that enters our gardens. Then I knew I had been taking it on. This can happen if there’s a resonance. I sometimes do that to the point of somatizing someone’s energy of some ailment. As a yoga teacher I could work with it that way, giving a practice needed, because I just felt it in myself. Sounds weird but empath’s will be able to understand this. Thank you Sarah for your valuable work. Much appreciated.
