The ELF balm is good but I really like Neutragena’s cleansing balm better. It feels smoother on my skin. Both balms help remove makeup more fully as compared to just micellar water but I use them both- balm then micellar water after. Especially for my waterproof mascara. Love your videos!

Thank you!! I was looking at the Neutrogena one before I bought the elf one so maybe I’ll try that next. And I agree, I always have to use a little micellar water for my mascara after, too 😂
