ASMR Date with Astarion Roleplay (Personal Attention, Positive Affirmations, and Vampire Feeding)

So, as I think I made clear in the previous Baldur’s Gate ASMR video, I’m not just a fan of D&D in general but also that specific franchise of games, having grown up with them and developed a real mushy soft spot in my heart for the story, characters, and setting.
With the release of Baldur’s Gate III on PS5 I’ve finally been able to dive in and it’s honestly rare for a game with so much hype and such personal investment to meet expectations… but honestly, it’s even rarer when they exceed them like this one has! At the time of writing, I’m still slugging through Act 1, but I’m utterly engrossed. I should have had faith in ‪@LarianStudios‬, the studio who brought us Divinity, so I can only apologise to them for any doubts I had. What an astronomical, genre-defining achievement.
Slightly less genre-defining is this Astarion ASMR roleplay, but I hope you can at least enjoy it a bit! Overall, it’s a standard vampire affair, with ineffably pompous and bratty behaviour, but with lots of up-close personal attention and a surprising number of positive affirmations from the thrall, all soft spoken and whispered in a sort-of-okay impression of Astarion when he’s sneaking about trying to land that sneak attack critical miss on a ‘we need to kill this enemy first or we’re f**cked’ encounter that you then have to save-scum twenty times to complete. Yes, I’m playing it on the hardest difficulty because I’m a masochist. And yes, I am romancing Astarion.
There are also a lot of mouth sounds and, naturally, vampire feeding sounds, so if that’s not your bag maybe avoid the latter half of the video. There’s blood too, but just a lamb’s tear of it. Otherwise, it is and was currently way too hot to be filming vampire videos, but somehow, I managed to not sweat the wig off my head before I finished the vid. Thank you and enjoy!

🎙 What is ASMR? 🎧
ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response) is synaesthesia of the soul. It’s a relaxing feeling, it’s a tingling down the spine, or it’s simply a sleep aid. 📽 What is FPC? 🎞
FPC (first person cinema) takes all the relaxing elements of ASMR but has much more of a focus on immersion and the suspension of disbelief. It’s kinda like being the main character in your own short movie, with popular figures you know and love, or entirely created worlds - just for you. There won’t be any visible mics or traditional triggers in these videos, and they will seem more unintentional than the usual ASMR videos - but they are unique and relaxing experiences designed to transport you to different places, worlds, and times.

You really added a lot of hidden depth in this. “I don’t need to know your name, you don’t have to tell me.” It’s in Astarian’s foppish nature to give people set names but it’s also a way to distance himself from his food. You can’t feel bad about draining a stranger. Names have a strange way of making people “real” in human nature. The part where he asked if his eyes where still blue honestly hurt a little. I had to lie and tell him they where because he sounded so damn sad. Awesome work❤
