I have been watching your videos for almost 7 years now. And I just wanted to tell you how thankful I am for you. When I first discovered your videos I was 16/17 years old. My parents were horrible and mentally abusive people who were drunks. Many times I just felt like giving up. Everything was so hard to deal with and it felt like there was nothing good in my life. However, I would watch your videos when I felt like giving up and they helped me feel like I had a friend. And they also helped me to relax and take a break from reality. There were often times I felt like it would be better if I took my own life, but I would stop and watch your videos and it felt like a safe space. I am now 24 years old. I decided to stick around. I have a loving husband, a good job, and our own house. I am in college for Nursing, and even still.... When things feel like they are falling apart I come back to these videos and I feel at peace and I can keep going just a bit longer. You will never truly and fully understand how much you have helped me over these years. But I sincerely thank you.

I'm really sorry for what you had to go through from your childhood to adulthood. I know what it's like to grow up with alcoholism and I know how difficult it is to find the right path when there weren't those you could always rely on. I myself did not understand that life has many other directions that can be taken, and that is why I spent my adolescence and a short part of my adulthood with the wrong parties, often on the edge of the law or with probation. They say that what doesn't kill you makes you stronger and I take everything bad and good in my life as experiences. (adjusts gloves) 0:38- looks around scalp for signs of red spots, flaking, etc. 2:32- looks around scalp using comb & flashlight 4:15- uses stick to scratch & look for any itchy spots you have 7:30- presses paper onto scalp to check if it’s oily or dry 9:30- combs through hair with a brush 10:22- sprays water on hair and scalp 11:42- uses cotton swab to scale through your scalp 15:19- gently scratches around head and scalp 16:23- soaks hair in more water using a mist sprayer (?) 16:53- applies some shampoo onto hair and rubs it around 18:40- uses scalp massager to rub in the shampoo applied prior 20:05- moving to the shampoo room to rinse off the shampoo 20:20- Hydrating Treatment 20:30- steam to scalp to open up the pores and makes sure the mask is soaked into scalp well 22:30- applying hydrating mask onto scalp using a medical stick 26:12- massages scalp after adding hydrating mask 27:55- relaxing scalp massage ✨ 30:46- tapping on head 31:32- applying ointment to itchy areas 32:30- uses scalp brush and brushes through your hair + talks about do’s/don’ts 34:08- byeee 🫶 [ *first time doing time stamps lol, feel free to copy and paste* :D ]

I’ve been dealing with alopecia areata for the past year or so and it has been really depressing and frustrating and embarrassing. I have to get painful injections to keep the bald areas from getting bigger. If my doctor was Latte, I would not feel so worried and embarrassed. 🥺 Your videos are so calming and you make your viewers feel so cared for and understood. Latte never makes you feel judged from whatever ailment she treats in her videos. I wish there were more people like Latte in the world!

Yes 🙆..! Finally these are on the playlist..! I saw it juat now as I was gonna choose starting video, but I don’t have to think about it - this will be the one for tonight! Thanak you, Latte, for adding them to the playlist 🙏. You're Nr.1 💜! Next day: I don't remember how far I got before falling asleep, but I do remember really liking the sound of the blotting paper (I think it was that). I haven't listened to a lot of hair/scalp things the past year, so it was very fresh and a new style. I'm going to bed again and will start with this one again 😊.
