I highly recommend her watermelon/cool down video if you are having trouble sleeping due to the heat. Heat wave for me last summer and that video saved me over 9 nights. ✌🏻

i listen to Jocie B ASMR and Latte ASMR a lot more often. but i just love their asmr videos so yeah. they help me fall asleep when im tired but can't fall asleep. :)
