The “trust bucket” analogy really hits home for me. It’s so easily destroyed, and so hard to rebuild.

This has helped me get help after dealing with so much from a practically void father who didn’t care about me and put me through mental torture. This video makes me feel better with motivation getting help.

We need more of this. Such an hard topic to approach really. I have procrastinated watching this video for a week now. Just because what you need to hear isn’t always what you want to hear. Thank you for sharing

This video was so positive, kind and helpful. ❤ You make such good points about relationships and emotions here. Also, your storytelling style is so engaging that I was hanging onto every word. As a person who had a terrible therapy experience years ago, I would definitely sign up for visit #2 with this therapist. So approachable and gentle. You are a class act. 😊Thank you, Jeremiah.

Amazing video. I don’t know why but this video gives me nostalgia from when I first discovered your channel. It reminds me of the conversations in the video “your first therapy session” which is one of my favorite therapy videos you’ve made. All the points you hit in this video too about how “anger is a mask for vulnerability”, which you’ve stated times before, I’ve just never thought of it that way. This video has me reevaluating things I could’ve done differently with people and how I can learn from that experience in how I handle my friendships/relationships in the near future. The last part though was hitting me though. The reality of it all. Damn. This was just so good. Thank you so much. I needed to her this! 💙

I'm in the process of deciding whether or not to continue with therapy right now so this is timely for me. And ultimately really relaxing. Thank you!

I love your vids!❤️I have a suggestion/request for a video. Can you do one where we pass out due to exhaustion/dehydration and wake up in the hospital scared and you are comforting us and shushing us to sleep💕

I can't relax to this. I'm too amazed by your ability to emote and carry on a conversation with yourself for half an hour without any long pauses or other takes.

Perfect timing! I finally submitted my form for therapy yesterday after putting it off for months since my doctor referred me to it for PTSD symptoms and it gave me so much anxiety filling it out and hitting submit and I'm really dreading it 😫🤢I've always avoided it for problems in the past and just got by but this time its linked to a physical injury thats being kept an eye on so I cant avoid it when my dr knows he referred me and he'll follow through to check my progress in the future. I always find comfort and relief in your videos in this style so I pray whoever I get will give me the same kind of energy!

My friend,, you may be hurting, but you are not broken! When you feel ready, figure out what you want and then how to get there. Sounds simple, I know. It takes time and there are people along the way to help. You and your wife remain in my thoughts.
