Latte is the absolute best at mapping the frame, so that it seems like she is actually working on the area she says she is! Other ASMartists are like "let me fill in your eyebrows" and it looks like they're putting it on your cheeks! And her layered sounds are so perfect.

What I love about this video is its sweetness, its innocence. It’s very young- feels like two kids playing ‘make up’ and using whatever household items are available as props. I remember doing that as a kid. Imagination is so magical and powerful when we’re young. ❤

In this whole 7 years, did you notice that all of the Latte's videos have different role-playing? Except for a few videos. I mean she has about 11 videos about doing makeup but in one then we are an idol, in another one we are supposed to go a festival and she is doing our make-up or she is doing it for our sleep! I'm trying to say that it's really rare that someone can have two hundred or so videos without the roleplaying topics being the same! That's makes Latte different from other ASMRtists! She is really something else.

Unfortunately I do not like her mouth sounds. I can’t watch her videos anymore due to the excessive tongue clicking. She used to never do that and I used to binge watch her old videos. i wouldn’t say it’s excessive, it’s very gentle, and she didn’t do it in all her videos, e.g. in the dermatologist one. You still have plenty to choose from, so don’t give up on her just because of that

I usually avoided these types of videos because they trigger my OCD (yeah.. figure that one out lmao.. 😭), but after watching just a little and especially hearing people say it's like playing as a kid... this brought me alot of joy/comfort 💝 I mean, a calculator for foundation! hi guys :) friendly reminder that although latte is an amazing asmrtist, she is talented in her own right & there’s no need to compare her to others who create asmr content. i love to see comments supporting latte, but saying things like “i love how latte does ____, other asmrtists just do ___” can come off as judgmental. at the end of the day, these people are dedicating a lot of their time and energy to make sure their viewers feel relaxed, can sleep, or can just have a positive environment to visit when they need it. asmr is very diverse and everyone has their own unique triggers! we can all uplift latte without degrading the work of others. asmr is supposed to be an encouraging, safe community for all, and it’s part of our responsibility as commenters to keep it that way. just a little reminder to stay kind, be considerate, and spread love, but especially in these circles where some visitors might be more vulnerable 🤍🤍

Latte, you are my absolute favorite ASMR creator. I cannot tell you how much your videos have helped me fall asleep and how grateful I am to you. I don’t know how you keep coming up with new fun video ideas, but you do! You are so creative, it’s remarkable! You don’t seem to need any help with ideas, but just in case, may I suggest a few? 1. Custom fashion/wedding dress designer (talking about fabrics, taking measurements, drawing silhouettes, etc) or 2. a video series based on fables (like Goldie Locks and the 3 Bears or the Shoemaker and the elves) or 3. a Victorian maid in a great house - you could demonstrate making a luxurious bed or helping the lady get into her night clothes, preparing her nightly tea, etc. Well, just a couple ideas to use if you like any of them. Whatever you do next, I cannot wait.

I’m so thankful for this lovely person and her craft here. I’m about to make myself sound old but here goes. 😅This video actually took me way back to when I experienced asmr the first time when my friends and I were playing and one was trying to do Barbie’s hair in a wonky way with a crinkly hair tie and pretended to do her makeup using random items. Like, 26 years later, I found these weird yet oddly familiar videos and discovered that what I experienced is called asmr and that there is a whole community dedicated to it! That was way back when Gentle Whispering was brand new and creators like Heather Feather and Whisper Chrystal were creating. Crazy to think that was about ten years ago! Then I found Latte maybe six years ago and she has been my go-to since. It’s Thank you Latte for brining it full circle. Thank you for all you do!
