I left a comment yesterday on a spaghetti and meatballs video about how grateful i am to u. But in case u don't see that - thank u SO MUCH. I've been dealing with mental illnesses for years and now when im in a really dark hole / ur videos are such a comfort to me. U have a quiet normality and peace to u that sorta brings me back to reality and centres me. U have made me feel safe and sane in a way my therapists NEVER could. They just say "give it time, ur only 15, it will sort itself out" and sometimes i dont want hear it will be ok - i want to feel it honestly. That's why i love this channel. Janai P I hope you find some relief sweetheart. I know it may seem like you are alone in the world, but you're not. ASMR is perfect for mental issues. You can self soothe and learn to deflect anxieties. Your therapist is right.... it DOES get better with time and age. Hang in there hon. You are going to be ok!

Please stay strong and never give up. I was in a dark, lonely place for many, many years. I didn't think I was ever going to have a "normal" life. Slowly things did get better. I started to enjoy life and the little things that made me happy. That was such a long time ago and now I can honestly say that I love my life, I would not change a thing. Recently I went through the worst period of my life struggling with anxiety , overthinking , fear of failure .I was losing all hope to live or even get up from my bed . Just when you reach to the bottom of your worst fears and become so desparate , you start then to discover who u really are .. I started accepting myself and putting things in prespective . Nothing in life deserves making ourselves miserable thinking about it . I can say I'm getting better now ! And of course a lot of that thanks to your videos my friend . U have no idea how your videos helped me recently . NEVER EVER STOP MAKING VIDEOS ! U r a shining ray of light in my life , my friend ! Keep Shining ..always !!

Did you squeeze the liquid out of the cauliflower before forming the pizza? You had to of because every time I made it before doing that the crust came out like crap.

Can you eat the whole pizza and still be ok on calories?

JTundra Well everything but the mozzarella and parmesan cheese is fine, but cheese is a calorie-bomb. So basically this pizza would only be " healthy " if you made it without cheese. But pizza will never be a good diet food or healthy food:)

JTundra yes. Cauliflower crust is a great substitute but there are generally eggs and or bread crumbs and or cheese to bind it together. Try using Parmesan or fat free mozzarella. Or you could use zucchini for “crust” just cut zucchini in half and make it like a French loaf pizza!

JTundra its not calories you should be concerned with, but sugars and carbs which the human body can not take in large doses without adverse effects such as fat accumulation, heart disease and diabetes.

xerakis whoever told you that information about carbs is wrong. Sugar would fall under the simple carbohydrate category and simple carbs have no benefit at all but complex carbs are different
