Lloyd, my man, I have been having a hell of a 24 hours. Last night, TMJ issues caused an hours-long tension headache, nausea, hot and cold flashes, and just overall misery. When I finally was able to sleep, I had crazy nightmares. I woke up better, but all day I've been staving off more nonsense and dealing with the fallout. I say all this not for sympathy (because I know absolutely all of us have been somewhere similar), but to express how intense the feeling of relief and comfort was to see *this video* today. I'm almost in tears. I really needed it, and I always want to express how much your videos really mean to real people. I hope you get all you need and more; my support goes on!

That is correct, I always felt that it kinda scientifically adds to the relaxation aspect. It’s been used to help babies relax and sleep for years…..one of the oldest in the book
