@@thecozyhospitalasmr for vacation, it was really unfortunate timing that it was super rainy this year. I haven’t been back since pre-covid, and my cousins all were so different since I last saw them. the economy there is so interesting, its definitely an experience. I 100% would recommend Hong Kong if you ever get the chance to go, they have English translations for a lot of things there.

Hiii Rachel!!! Oh nice!! A new ear cleaning! I am totally gonna get so many tingles! I know for sure and you know I am absolutely gonna love this! I know this is probably gonna sound very silly, I’m not sure exactly what it is but I just feel so incredibly happy today!! I know I’m usually pretty cheerful and happy in the comments and I am a lot of the time IRL but sometimes even after awesome days where I was having a great time and I am just overall happy, I a lot of the time just have a whatever feeling about things around me ya know? I do sometimes suffer from mental health and confidence problems so I’m not insanely cheerful most of the time but I don’t want to think about that too much right now!! But anyway! I just feel so confident and happy even though nothing exceptional has happened today!! I’m just in a fantastic mood and I feel like I have so much energy and that I can do anything!! This feels so random and out of character for myself because I do have plenty of happy moments where I am happy in the moment like when you upload haha! Or just when I’m doing something I love! But usually I have to have something awesome happen for me to be in this mood! I don’t know what it is, maybe It’s just the happy feeling of being on summer vacation and just enjoying life idk? But you know what I was thinking a lot this morning!? Even though I always know that I will get to see you every Sunday and Wednesday afternoon and I’m always looking forward to your uploads on those days and I’m always extremely happy when they come and I get to relax and of course get to talk to you! But today the already amazing feeling of being in such a good happy mood was amplified by thinking to myself, this day is already so amazing but it will get even better!! Rachel is uploading, and I get to relax and talk to her again! Wooooo! I was giddy for this new upload! Even more than I usually am, which is already a whole lot!! Aaaah! Omg, I just feel so great right now I can’t stop thinking about it! I hope this didn’t sound silly or weird or anything like that! I just thought I should share some nice positivity and happiness with you!! I’m just so overjoyed to be…. Overjoyed!! Lol!! Though this video is definitely needed! I probably need to relax lol! I’m so sorry you’re going through that. Are you in the weird ‘exhausted but insomnia’ limbo? I hope listening to someone speak can help you sleep a little. I know it’s a really difficult thing to carry. It’s so heavy and draining. If you can’t get to sleep, maybe try to drink a little water and eat a snack. Sometimes little things like that can regulate your nervous system and make sleep a little easier. ❤️❤️
