Had about 15 min accidental nap at the middle of the video, crinkling sounds near ears etc. seems to make me fall asleep easily lol 😆 (I think I have pavlov:ed myself during years of listening to asmr involving sounds like that before sleep 😂) Great video as always! 🤩☺️

Not to be a nitpick, but what you said at 51:06 isn't exactly true. The reason an ENT would advise against a complete clean-up of the ears is for two reasons- firstly that cerumen serves to trap particles of dirt, sand, dust, pollen, etc. that could irritate the eardrum, and secondly because cleaning out every last bit of earwax is liable to irritate the ear. And the tympanic membrane doesn't need to be lubricated :P
