ASMR | Eyes Closed Maths Questions For Sleep and Relaxation

In today's #ASMR video, you are taken through a series of simple mathematical equations starting with addition and moving through subtraction, multiplication and division. These instructions can be followed with your eyes closed and require no visual attention. Another maths-focused video has been requested by quite a lot of people over the last few months so I thought I'd put together another one. As always, thank you so much for watching and I hope you enjoy the video.

I'm not sure that you'll see this but your style just works so well in my opinion. The dark background, the lighting, the audio itself, it all comes together to make some of the most relaxing asmr I've ever found. Each new upload is a treat, keep it up. despite avoiding any kind of career that involves math, i always used it to help me fall asleep as a kid, multiplying by two, or counting by sevens until i fell asleep. i still do it sometimes now, but there's an added comfort in the strange nostalgia. glad to see someone else finds relaxation in it! thank you so much for these videos. :)

I take a medication in which if I forget within 5 hours or I experience extreme discomfort, hallucinations, brains zaps the works. I take it at night so I also have to say the reminder to take medications must have helped many like myself. Also your videos have helped me so much when my mind goes everywhere.

I was away from home in a stressful place and I just got home and had to go to the doctor because an ache in my cheek. Apparently I clenched my jaw so hard in my sleep while away that I bruised a nerve. Going to try to be gentle with myself and try to make sure I’m relaxed for bed from now on.

It's become a staple part of my nightly routine to answer "nope" to the first three questions about sleeping, eating and drinking 😂 Kind of sad that it still hasn't changed after a year despite my best efforts, but at least it makes me laugh every time... I also hope you've been getting enough sleep, eating well and drinking plenty of water yourself, it is very important 😜 (but if not that's okay you'll live anyway somehow)
