I suffer from insomnia and it gets to the point where you're so exhausted you can't even cry about it. I've found what's really helped me is having a really hot shower and then hoping into my bed where I start to cool down. The dropping of your temperature is really important when it comes to telling your brain it's time to sleep. Warmed milk also helps a heap. It doesn't work every time but 95% of the time it does for me now. I hope things start to improve for you though xx

@@lolliemay9659 thank you so much for your comment. I am a huge disliker of milk so i'll pass that... but i do the same with showers! I do have to take melatonin pills in order to sleep but i am trying to not consume too much of them since it's like you either sleep too much or can't stay awake for long period of times. ASMR really helps with the reduce of my pills, thank you again!

Your videos are truly the only ones that feel genuine and also aren’t too loud. I prefer having to turn up the volume rather than not having the option for it to be quiet enough.
