@@skyeASMR Thank you skye! I had to come back this morning and tell you this, that I watched this video right before bed last night and I got the best, longest night of sleep I'd had in ages. And right before I woke up, I was having this crazy dream with a bunch of people in it from an old job that used to stress me out and make me feel bad about myself and in the dream I was suddenly like, " wait, no, you are not supposed to be here anymore, you don't affect me anymore, I do not need this" and I literally walked away from them in the dream and left them behind. Then I woke up feeling super calm and peaceful! So I seriously think your energy removal helped me release some old weird yucky stuff from my subconscious. I actually did have some negativity built up after some difficult situations and dealing with lazy, crazy, or dishonest people. I wasn't being too hard on myself but I was definitely working myself too hard and letting things get to me. This video helped. 🙂

Amazing video! I love how natural and free flowing it is. I don't know if that makes sense but sometimes ASMR feels rehearsed and stiff to me, but this was perfect. Dunno whether this will be read by sky but i just wanted to thank u for this video. I had my oral exam for my bachelor today and I was about to loose my mind yesterday. I was so stressed out so i needed sth. to calm myself and I remembered that video and it helped me to get through the night at least for some hours .
