I keep finding myself come back to this video and it always helps clear negative, bothersome thoughts and feelings. One thing I’ve noticed this time around is that Skye also pulls/scoops out the remainder of what’s left after snipping off the negative energy cords. No other ASMRtist I’ve watched does this. I’ve always felt uneasy and still bothered because of that leftover piece of cord that I visualize to still be floating inside my head, so it makes me really really immensely happy and satisfied to see that leftover part gotten rid of too. I don’t know if this makes sense, but I just wanted to share and also thank you Skye for being so sincere and thorough with your negative energy pulling. You are truly one of a kind among the ASMR community and quite literally saving my life!

I THOUGHT THIS SAID 11 MONTHS AGO NOT MINUTES!!! I’m currently crying and shaking with nerves as I have a huge theatre conference (and competition) coming up this weekend and it’s been hitting me hard. I had a breakdown in Walmart getting supplies for a different competition (where we design and build a full set for a mini stage) where I started hyperventilating and almost crying. I didn’t realize how much the acting competition was affecting me until then. I still wanna do good, but luckily that performance is on Thursday and then I can relax for a second. I’m also nervous because it’s my first time going on a school trip or traveling without my mom, who’s a big support system of mine. A big reality is that I really do have stage fright, but it goes away when I see her in the audience and I’m worried I’ll get in my head. Anyway, I’m sorry for the rant, but I feel like this video is a sign that everything is going to be okay and I need to stop worrying, so I’m going to try my best to do that. You’re one of my favorite asmrtists, I love everything you do, thank you so much for your content

Update: finished writing this at 7:26 into the video... and now I’m actually listening to what she’s saying and now I’m taking it as an even bigger sign because I struggle so much with perfectionism and beating myself up over little details and striving to be the best at everything I do or attempt. I will now be watching this video every night during my trip!

don’t beat yourself over things you can’t control and the what ifs!!! it’s gonna do nothing but make you even more anxious (i do that a lot) just breathe, focus on what you ARE in control of, what you can do to help the situation and benefit you, and just relax and let life unfold! everything happens for a reason and everything is gonna be okay! when you’re on stage , focus on that, be in the moment, pretend there’s no audience if it gets to your head, and even when your moms not around, that doesn’t mean her support goes away! just please take a breath, relax, I can tell you totally got this and I know everything’s gonna be the best if you relax and go w the flow a bit! good luck :) u got this & have my support!
