I'm not autistic or any type of adhd but my brother has both. I sometimes can't concentrate like him and I sometimes suspect I have it as well.Every time zeneia does these types of videos,they feel so comforting,like she's only talking to me 💗

Autism/ADHD are genetic so that's quite possible. I didn't know I had autism for years despite both of my brothers being diagnosed at a very young age. If you were born female the symptoms present differently, and of course even if you weren't it shows up differently in every individual person. I absolutely recommend doing research on the topic, and trying to get diagnosed if you end up thinking you have either one.😊

I’m nearly 100% certain I am autistic and will try to get a diagnosis as soon as possible, based on my knowledge, sounds like you might be neurodivergent. On a website called “Embrace Autism”, they have both autism and ADHD tests. I haven’t taken the ADHD test but I recommend the CAT-Q, AQ, and RAADS-R tests. (RAADS-R rlly only works for 16+ aged ppl). If you also google “DSM-5 autism” & click the link, it shows the official diagnosis tool for autism and u can see if it applies to you !! If u end up researching it, good luck !! (Also for reference on the AQ I got 32 and on the CAT-Q I got 132.)

If u want to research if u have autism, I recommend taking the AQ, CATS-Q, and/or RAADS-R on a website called “Embrace Autism” (RAADS-R rlly only works if ur 16+, preferably an adult). If u Google “DSM-5 autism” u can also find the official diagnosis tool and see if any of it applies to u. (For reference, I got 32 on the AQ and 132 on the CATS-Q which isn’t super high but based on my research it’s higher than a neurotypical would score which is def evidence I’m using to get diagnosed later on. When the site tells u ur score after the test, it’ll also tell the average for male, female, and nonbinary autistic people and neurotypical people to compare!)
