ASMR follow my instructions for sleep but you can also close your eyes during one part of it. I will be instructing you to get comfortable and follow my instructions. I will be giving you tasks like follow my finger, focus tasks, asking you personal questions, light triggers, close your eyes and guess the sound, trigger words, intuition tests, pillow sounds, and countdown for sleep. This is intended to relieve stress, anxiety, and to help you sleep.

Finally I had time to sit and watch it 😍 This deserves so many views💙 I loved the questions at the beginning 😀 although some of them were difficult haha. I was wondering if you maybe could make a longer video with asking questions, geography quiz etc.? You are so good at this and this topic is currently sought-after 😉 also, I guessed the trigger - card box tapping haha, I would never fail this! Ps. the camera quality was so good💙

Yay!! So glad you could watch it now. I couldn't make the questions too easy. Ha! I would have to brush up on my geography. That does sound like a fun idea. Do a video dedicated to that. Thank you! I explain a lot of it in this video linked below in my Q&A except the audiobooks. I sell them using Amazon KDP for self publishing and use Canva to create my book covers. I do everything myself except for my audio books. I had someone else narrate them for me. That would make a great video to explain it all and the process. I can't even imagine what the graphics had looked like before Goldeneye. I am sure looking forward to the new one that is coming out. Not sure when it is. Maybe next year.
