I think having two versions of the same video is so genius. People can pick and choose+ if you pick the first one and is still awake can you turn off the phone without being attacked by ads. Little tip ❤: the breathing and counting is a bit out of sinc. Maybe it works better if you say "Breathe in, 2, 3,4. Hold, 2,3,4, Exhale 2, 3,4." Meaning this with my utmost respect and love ❤ watching your videos alot cause you're amazing xx
