i think she changed it to black to make the screen less bright when the brightness is down and you're trying to sleep and its probably less stress on her about keeping her background presentable for videos. or maybe it was bc of privacy and she feels more comfortable with this but i completely agree it was cozy feeling! i just put my phone screen face down if its too bright

I am not bad with anxiety lately but these videos help me reach an even more relaxed mood, it's like a key to a 9/10 mood sometimes... Hope it does the same for you. I mean that even when you're not too too anxious,or less than usual, there might be space for reaching an extra wave of confidence and calm. But you might already be there!
