As a person with ADHD I don't usually last more than a minute or two watching an asmr video but your series of asmr for people with ADHD makes me be able to stay and watch the whole video and it's the first time I've ever been able to do that. So thanks a lot PierreG. Thanks a lot.

I don't have ADHD, but I have tinnitus and the best way I could explain it is a very loud and annoying sound that plays in my head and can only be heard when it's completely silent. However if even the slightest (even quieter *real* sound) plays, the ringing dissapears. These Videos help many people out there Thank you Pierre

This guy gets it. Most people who do the ADHD ASMR think that they should do it erratically and aggressively which only overstimulates and irritates the brain. The proper way to go about it is to constantly provide steady stimulation that includes adding variety so the brain doesn't get used to the one stimulant. Kudos to you sir!!

I work for construction, and it sometimes requires me to sit for hours at a time and look through complicated plans. I'm not sure if I have ADHD, but I have found myself thinking about 10 other tasks, checking my phone, or trying to find some good music to work to when I should be applying myself. I recently remembered this video series and decided to put it on in the background while working in the office. It helps me so much. I am able to concentrate and think through problems a lot better. I also get some damn good tingles from time to time and who doesn't love some brain orgasms while working lol. Thank you for these videos. This are truly one of my favorite ASMR channels.

Watching tiktok less helps. The mind is a muscle that can be strengthened with challenges and weakened with prolonged comfort. Short forms of entertainment make your attention span shorter and long form (documentaries, and just anything that you have to focus on for a long time) stretch it

a HUGE thank you to you sir because as someone with adhd as well as hearing loss in one ear i love that you move from ear to ear constantly it helps me to differentiate the sounds from each ear. when i’m watching a movie or something on my phone the audio is always playing in both ears and i can’t tell if i can hear anything on my right side which messes with me so i can’t listen to anything with the audio in both ears constantly. i was worried i wouldn’t be able to watch asmr until my eardrum heals but i can thankfully (and with much care) listen to asmr and not worsen my ear drum

I don't mind the talking at all, I find your voice very soothing. Also, I don't get tingles very often, but this series, and your videos in general, are one of the few things that manage it. Thanks for creating all of the content you do!

I don't get it. Its waaaaay too slow for me, the triggers may be fast paced but not only is it slow theres also a lot of silence between triggers, and I need Asmr to fill the silence and drown my thoughts
