Pierre created a new style of asmr. I remember when he posted his first "amsr for people with adhd/asmr for people who have a short attention span" video and now so many asmrtists use this style of asmr to create videos. truly genious and relaxing concept

I'm someone with adhd, and this is the first video you made that actually worked for me even if i did enjoy the other ones! Slow movements/talking with short-ish triggers is what always work for me. Fast triggers/talking almost give me anxiety cause i feel like i don't have enough time to focus on them before its gone. Thank you so much for this video Pierre!

i have adhd and super fast triggers can stress me out at times but also i dont really have the attention span for super slow triggers. these videos are the perfect mix: lots of triggers in a short time, but not super aggressive
