Hello guys!🦋 In case you didn’t know, I’m a qualified professional/teacher/childminder for kids with autism! Lately, I’ve been practicing ASMR on them and they’re loving it! So today, I decided to use my techniques on you ( suitable for adults and kids ! ). I completely understand that autism is having so many spectrums and some people may not enjoy this video. Too bright, too slow, too fast etc. that’s why I’m also making custom asmr videos for kids or adults with autism, adhd etc. hope you enjoyed from the bottom of my heart x🫶🏼💞 ( I find myself enjoying filming videos like this more. Let me know if you’d like more videos like this! )

I'm not autistic but I have ADHD and sensory issues. This was really helpful. Most ADHD and autism related videos are made to just keep attention and treat you like a child. They also are often ill informed (I saw one, not naming anyone bc I'm sure they didn't mean it, where it was just constantly speaking in baby voice while saying not to zone out. None of it focused on sensory issues or anything) so this was really nice. I feel understood. I don't feel weird in this because you're treating the viewer as a regular person

Also kudos for keeping your expression neutral positive, not smiling but not glowering is a difficult face to master and you would give brief smiles as you spoke to really let us feel like we have the option to express our faces or not. It's hard to describe but it's like how cats get nervous if you stare at them but not if you look bored. I'm not autistic myself, but my older sister is. I can see things in this video such as the neutral expression that is very well done and would help her. The balancing between left and right is perfectly done, and you made sure each color felt like it was said the same amount of times and for the same time even if the words were different. Perfectly done! Edit: also the very slight white noise helps balance everything and keep even more stability which is nice.

I've demonstrated a lot of symptoms of autism but haven't been diagnosed yet and i really like 1. It wasn't fast and aggrieved 2. I could still play attention because of what was happening 3. The imagery (aka you and the background) isn't crowded and it reminds me of fluffy things (a comfort feeling) 4. I didn't get overwhelmed and stressed out 5. the humming was pretty cool and made me feel more welcome 6. Narration to triggers 7. Changing triggers slowly (i deal a lot of stress to fast changes) 8. VISUAL TRIGGERSSS 9. You weren't staring into my soul Ps tysm Usually a lot of asmr stresses me out sometimes but this one was way more calming

i can almost never watch asmr videos tailored to autistic people because the asmrtist usually just treats the viewer as if they were a child. this is absolute perfection! the way that your expressions never sway too far from neutral makes me feel like I don't have to emote, and i SO appreciate how you never look directly into the camera. you and this video are both treasures.

What makes me very happy are the patterns and not talking to me like I’m a baby. The questions being asked and the stimulating games. I love color and butterflies, which are some of my fixations. @@ashphobic3703 for me i find this useful because im on youtube dark mode and the blank space helps with not making my screen so bright (brightness makes it harder for me to sleep) Usually the white text from other comments, video recommendations, and description have visuals too bright for me and i get distracted by them easily. i find it super convenient to have my comments section open, left on this blank space so that i can sleep easier :) I hope this makes sense

i am not diagnosed with autism, but this gotta be my favorite asmr video with no doubt ^_^ some of the things i most loved in this were the humming (sometimes, i dont like when people do it irl, i dont know how to explain but it kinda agonies me ? idk!!!! but in this video it really relaxed me and made me feel so comfortable and safe!) and that there is no eye contact. eye contact is something i can not stand, but at the same i cant look anywhere but at the eyes (unless there is something else that catches my attention - which, fortunately, also happened here most of the time!), so this was a relief to me! there was also some other things, like the serene and singing voice, the peace, that the instructions don't really sound like orders (in tons of asmr video that happens, and, even if the person is being sweet, that can make me pretty overwhelmed); there's always something simply and nice for me to do, which stops me from dissociating or just stand there thinking about nothing while she repeats the instructions more than once (which is usually necessary for me to understand clearly), she's not too slow and neither too fast etc. the video in general is very relaxing! thank you for your work :3 and sorry for my bad english :[
