In this ASMR video I will be doing asmr for people with short attention span in 8 second intervals for each asmr sound and trigger. The sounds and triggers include tappinng, lid sounds, liquid sounds and much more for sleep asmr, relaxation asmr and background asmr. This is a sound assortment and trigger assortment.,

@@rubeno9953 it causes restlessness, fidgeting, inability to sit still for extended periods of time, feeling a lack of stimulation, hyperactivity, and many other annoying to challenging symptoms. I suffer from it and have meds, but not everybody with ADHD has a bad attention span like most people seem to think. I like longer asmr segments because I get into it more
