I’ve been dealing with insomnia these days. I’m 13, and it were always really hard to get me to sleep, ever since i was a baby. But, it’s the first time I get some REAL insomnia, and your videos are the only thing that can make me sleep, thank you a lot!!
@NRJracing Жыл бұрын
Here’s a few tip: - make sure your room is in total darkness, I know it’s nice to have a nightlight, but try to sleep in darkness, even if at first it feels uncomfortable, try it anyways and you may soon get over it and find that you fall asleep much easier without the light. If any light at all, go with red not blue -I know it’s hard, but seriously get rid of the cell phone tablet laptop and tv. No electronics, even if you feel as if you are laying with your eyes close forever, stay that way and do not get back on your phone. -try to stay perfect still, ignoring urges to move or roll or scratch yourself, your body will actually test you with urges to scratch or shift in the bed to check your consciousness. If you spend long enough time without moving at all, you can actually trick your body to actually go to sleep, this is often used as a technique to lucid dreaming as you can stay conscious in your mind and thoughts while forcing yourself to lay perfectly still no movement whatsoever, and stay conscious while your body goes into sleep paralysis and into sleep cycle, and you can actually witness yourself shift into REM sleep, this is most effective (referring to lucid dreaming or astral projection rather than the initial subject of sleeping with insomnia) by setting an alarm or waking up a few hours into your sleep and then forcing yourself to stay conscious in thought by methods like rapid thinking, counting, sending thought signals for movements without actually moving (for example repeating the thought of moving your legs in a walking motion but not actually moving, or also same thing but with arms, or thinking about turning your head)

@jamesmayle37872 жыл бұрын
@@Umut_9182 God is love hope joy peace and light. Like a cube but we’re on a 2d plane. Those are the edges we can perceive. We were made in god’s image. Jesus Christ is the only begotten son of God because of how he perfectly reflects the true nature of God. God teaches us how to recognize Christ in the path he laid out to Abraham. The God of Abraham gave Abraham one specific order, that his will followed his second born son Issac. Islam chooses to disobey God at the first opportunity. They chose to follow Ishmael, Abraham’s firstborn. While Abraham was promised to father many nations, and the things that happened to Ishmael were bad, God doesn’t care about human inheritance rights. He simply knows the direction our lives will follow and who we are inside. God needed his people to follow Issac because Issac leads to Jacob, who becomes Israel. This path teaches us important lessons about who God’s people are and what is important to God. It’s all so you do the proper inner healing to recognize The messiah, Jesus Christ, by how he lived his life. Imagine, a man, living life in service of others, helping, healing, teaching everyone the proper path to God. Leading as many people as possible to heaven forever. In return he was beaten, betrayed, and crucified, by his own people. Yet he still asked mercy for them. The act of pure love it takes to be the sinless man, it proves. Jesus Christ is God’s son, a human like love. God is God, Jesus Christ is a man. Father, son, Holy Ghost. Buddy, it is all true. Jesus Christ is Lord.

Let's Four Simplicity's sake for 13 unalayveneed bread was made, Jesus and one for each inspired. Now I found a recipe that said that 1 cup of water can be used to make 6-7 unalayvenead bread. So if I use that information, 2 cups are used to make about 13 breads. If I want more accurate results, I need to know how many ml are 2 cups. I saw it, and found that 2 cups of liquid about 475 ml. That’s why Jesus had to separate 475 ml of semen to make enough bread for everyone. Now to take the amount of semen expelled with each of Zealation, I would like to say that Jesus had to take Ezqulate 955-38 times so that it is necessary to make 13 unleavened bread. I would like to think that Judah pulled it out and it was the reason that he betrayed Jesus.

This month has been terrible and so im really happy to be able to find some small, calming places like these Trigger warning for if you have mental disorders or are sensitive to certain topics! as this is a vent because I just need to get this out in one way or another. This entire month has been extremely shitty to me. My mom (who left and disappeared when I was around 10) texted me on Facebook to tell me grandma was dying. She died two days later...a few days after that my dad and his gf told me I was gonna be a big sister (I know this one is selfish but i was always afraid of my mom having left to get a new child, and I'll have to watch this child get a childhood with a loving mother. As well as being afraid that my dad will love this child more because it most likely won't have the same problems as me and I'll be 20 when the kid gets born, so I don't know if i'll be able to get that sisterly bond to them) Then today around 2 weeks after that, someone from where I live (it's like a house for teenagers/young adults whose become too old for foster families etc) tried to commit suicide and my anxiety and thoughts just won't leave me alone and I feellike my body is in overdrive A bunch of smaller things have been happening as well such as my anxiety growing worse day by day and im starting to feel like the glass is gonna overflow soon and go to bed every night thinking it will be my last and that i'll like die in my sleep from a heart attack- I have extreme health anxiety and the triggers are normally just being afraid of going blind and have/getting diabetes. But now worries about cancer and heart problems are becoming far more frequent

I watched this last year when I started 12th grade. Now I'm rewatching it again as a college student. School's tomorrow so wish me luck

Good luck. I’m on the same page as you but have been at it for two weeks. I attend Syracuse University and have had a great time. Best years of your life coming up. Good luck with everything
