As someone who's had tinnitus going on 3 years now. Im.so glad to see someone talk about it. Mine is chronic, 24/7. It put me into a dark place but I've come out of it strong. Thanks Jeremiah for this video and all your others. Definitely one of my favorite asmrtists out there.

The storm sounds are perfect, i wish asmrtists incorporated into more videos.. it just makes everything cozier & really sets a nice atmosphere whether it’s soft music, frequencies, or nature sounds.. I know it’s kind of hard to find a good balance because a lot of people don’t like any background noise and then others like myself love it, but this was a really nice treat. Thank you!

Jeremiah this is awesome! I put my headphones on and my tinnitus seems to go away. Some days specially during the day is quieter but my swooshing gets louder at night and thats when your videos and sh shsh shh from you calms and distresses me. Ive had tinnitus for nearly 4yrs now and besides your videos exercise helps too. Thank you once again for these amazing relaxing videos you create specially for us vulnerable tinnitus sufferers 😴😵💫

Thank you a million times for doing this video, it's so much appreciated! I've had a chronic tinnitus for a year now and soothing sounds is the closest I get to silence... it's really relieving. It's counterintuitive to not fight it, but it's true, acceptance is the goal - and the guided focus is a great source and very de-stressing - I'm sure I'll use this alot to cope with the distress my tinnitus causes. It's a great video!!

Jeremiah, huge gratitude for this video. Both hubby and I have had tinnitus for a few years now. It really sucks and some days is even more intense. This video was so calming and helpful. I was on cloud nine and fell asleep within 10 min. I will come back to it so I can finish it, but wow. Hats off!!! This guided meditation made all the difference!❤

I've had constant tinnitus for 15 years. As you say, you just have to learn to ignore it. There's little else you *can* do about it. Thanks for the video!

Hey! Thank you for making this asmr! I don’t have tinnitus but I do have other chronic condition called Eustachian tube distinction. It’s basically the ears all muffled, clogged 24/7 and a strong constant pressure on the ears. This helps! If someday you want to do more videos for people suffering with ear problems, we thank you a lot!

I've had this constant ringing in my ears 24/7, since I can remember. It never goes away, but I found I can drown it out at least a bit, by listening to music or listen to people talking. It's really annoying when I'm trying to sleep, because I can't focus on anything else. Whenever people talk about silence, I wonder how that sounds like for them, because for me silence is just the absence of noises coming from outside influences, not the absence of all noises.

Tinnitus seems to show up when I've either listened to something way too loudly, or stress. Since stress is basically my entire life, I think that's it. I've got that annoying high pitched ringing in both ears and it's driving me completely insane because I'm trying to sleep. I'm currently more annoyed with tinnitus than rain induced PTSD, so I'm gonna try to get through this thing without having a full on panic attack. So far I'm ok with the rain.

Its when your ears are damaged (for example: by listening to music with the volume at max). And because your ears are damaged, you constantly hear sounds that don’t exist for example a bass sound, ringing, white noise etc. Tinnitus can not be healed sadly.
