i think the problem with todays ASMR ADHD videos is that they think they know what we want like fast, chaotic, quickly changing triggers but (at least for me) its like yeah i get bored of something quick but i don’t want you to get rid of it. i just need something else now. which is what patrick is really good at. using a trigger for a min or two and then switch off and then bring it back yk?
